About Fidelity One Mortgage and Realty

Fidelity One Mortgage & Realty is a full service broker located in California.  We refinance, purchase, and sell properties for our clients.  Laura Becerra founded Fidelity One Mortgage & Realty in 2007.  Laura Becerra received a degree in Finance from Cal Sate Fullerton in 2000.  Her studies emphasized in the areas of investments and financial planning for consumers.  She has been in the mortgage industry for over four years and has helped many people accomplish their financial goals.  Her motivation to open the company was to help her clients obtain smart and honest financing.

We strive for excellence and continue to educate our clients and improve our strategies to be more effective and meet the needs of our clients.   We pride ourselves on honesty and full disclosure.  Our clients’ best interest is paramount to Fidelity One Mortgage & Realty.

Our mission is to educate our clients on how they can purchase and profit from real estate.  We believe that buying when values and interest rates are low is key to profiting from real estate.  We use the philosophy “buy low and sell high” as a standard.  Usually when consumer psychology is positive, so is spending, which drives values up!  Now is the time to buy.  Finding a property that meets our clients’ needs is key and we will want to ensure our clients are content by touring as many properties necessary to find THE ONE and securing the right financing!
